In response to the application for rehearing, attention is called to the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States rendered March 25, 1946, after our decision, where the cases of S. R. A., Inc., Petitioner v. State of Minnesota,

66 S.Ct. 749 referred to in our foregoing decision, are reviewed. Our decision is in accord with the principles therein stated.

Application for rehearing is overruled.
