Pursuant to the direction of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Johnson, 629 So.2d 619 (Ala.1993), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
