Dear Mr. Stodola:

This is in response to your request for our review of an amendment to the terms of an interlocal agreement entered in July, 1986, for the chartering of the Central Arkansas Transit Authority.

Our review indicates that the Amendment conforms to Act 421 of 1981, codified as A.C.A. 14-334-101 et seq. (the Public Transit System Act.) The Amendment is, therefore, hereby approved.
