{¶ 20} I respectfully dissent. I would follow the holding in Statev. Jackson, 153 Ohio App.3d 520, 2003-Ohio-2213. There is no basis for reviewing whether or not the trial court considered the factors set forth in R.C. 2937.39 without a detailed judgment entry or a hearing at which the reasons of the trial court could be set out in the record.
