The issue presented in this appeal is whether the trial court erred in imposing sanctions for a violation of community control. The issue of sanctions for a violation of judicial release is not before us. These are separate issues. Because the assigned error relates only to the validity of the community control sanctions, I concur in the judgment and opinion.
