Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, rendered November 20, 1959, after trial, convicting him of a violation of section 986 of the Penal Law (book-making) and sentencing him to pay a fine of $50 or to serve 10 days. The fine was paid. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur; Kleinfeld, J., not voting.
