Appeal by the father from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 22, 1977, which awarded the petitioner mother a counsel fee in the amount of $3,200. Order modified, on the facts, by reducing the counsel fee to $2,200. As so modified, order affirmed, without costs or disbursements. The counsel fee award was excessive to the extent indicated herein. Hopkins, J. P., Latham, Gulotta and O’Connor, JJ., concur.
