Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when plaintiff, while crossing a street, was struck by a trolley car of the defendant, operated in a direction opposite to that of a trolley car from which plaintiff had alighted. Judgment for the plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Nolan, JJ.
