Supp. 710 (S.D.N.Y.1970), affirmed 440 F.2d 1079 (2d Cir. 1971), cert. denied Cotler Drugs, Inc. v. Chas. Pfizer & Co., 404 U.S. 871, 92 S. Ct. 81, 30 L. Ed. 2d 115 (1971), appeal from a judgment dismissing their complaint on the ground that their claims were barred by the judgment in the former action.
