CRIMINAL LAW/CONSTITUTIONAL:

The failure to display a license plate in plain view on the front or rear of a motor vehicle constitutes a violation of R.C. 4503.21. When a police officer observes such a violation, the officer has not only reasonable suspicion, but also probable cause to effect a traffic stop of the motorist.
