PER CURIAM.

Based upon the state’s concession of error that the Proposed Administrative Support Order for child support was not sent to the appellant at the correct address, we reverse the final order. We remand for the Department to hold an administrative hearing consistent with the appellant’s request, which the Department concedes should be considered timely.
