Order modified so as to allow plaintiff the additional item of twenty dollars before argument in the Appellate Division together with taxable disbursements upon the appeal, which may be adjusted before the Onondaga county clerk if not agreed upon, and as so modified the order is affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements of this appeal to the plaintiff. All concur.
