Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered February 23, 1944, in New York County, which reduced, on certiorari, assessments made by respondents for purposes of taxation for the year 1943-44 and confirmed the assessments for the years 1941-42 and 1942-43 on real property of relator at 36 East 72nd Street, in the city of New York, except to the extent that said order reduced the assessment on said property for the year 1943-44.
