Judgment of a city magistrate, holding a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, convicting defendant of a violation of section 225 of the Sanitary Code of the City of New York (failure to provide heat), reversed on the facts, the complaint dismissed, and the fine remitted. There is no evidence in the record upon which guilt may be predicated. Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
