Appeal from a judgment of conviction of robbery in the first degree in the County Court of Rensselaer county after a trial before the county judge and a jury. An examination of the evidence is found to be sufficient to support the verdict of the jury for conviction. Judgment of conviction affirmed. Rhodes, Crapser and Bliss, JJ., concur; Hill, P. J., and Heffeman, J., dissent.
