UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Onofre ARELLANO-AGUIRRE, Defendant-Appellant.No. 95-30024.
United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Submitted Jan. 23, 1996.*
Decided Jan. 26, 1996.Before: ALARCON, HALL, and BRUNETTI, Circuit Judges.
1MEMORANDUM**
2Onofre Arellano-Aguirre appeals his sentence under the Sentencing Guidelines imposed following his guilty plea to one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. His counsel submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Because our independent review of the record discloses no meritorious issues for review and no indication that the waiver of the right to appeal was invalid, we grant counsel's motion to withdraw and dismiss the appeal.
3DISMISSED.
