I think the result reached is consistent with, if not absolutely required by, the construction of the statute adopted by this Court in Columbia Real Estate Trust Co. v. Royal ExchangeAssurance Company, 132 S.C. 427,128 S.E., 865, and in Parnell v. Insurance Company, 126 S.C. 198;119 S.E., 191; 32 A.L.R., 648. I therefore concur in the result of Mr. Justice Purdy's opinion.
