We review the district court’s decision to deny a prisoner’s motion for compassionate release for an abuse of discretion. United States v. Chambliss,
948 F.3d 691, 693 (5th Cir. 2020). Fryman has not shown that the district court abused its discretion in finding that the
18 U.S.C. § 3553(a) factors weighed against his release. See
id. at 693-64. Accordingly, the judgment of the district court is AFFIRMED. Fryman’s motion for appointment of counsel is DENIED. See United States v. Robinson,
542 F.3d 1045, 1052 (5th Cir. 2008). 2
