In an action for separation brought by the wife against the husband judgment of separation was awarded to the husband on his counterclaim. Judgment, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, without costs. Ho opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Tompkins, Davis and Johnston, JJ.
