Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by fixing the assessed valuations for the year 1944-45 at: Land $28,000, building $15,000, total $43,000; and for the year 1945-46 at: Land $31,500, building $15,000, total $46,500 and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant.
