Action to recover principal and interest on a second mortgage guaranteed by defendant Searsdale Estates and sold by it to plaintiff. Appeal by said defendant from a judgment in favor of plaintiff and against both defendants, entered on the verdict of the jury. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
