Appellant’s motion to consolidate this case with case no. 3D13-1681 is granted, and the above referenced appeals are hereby consolidated for all appellate purposes under case no. 3D13-1836.

Upon consideration of the appellees’ motion for sanctions, the response by the appellant, and the absence of a record on appeal in case no. 3D13-1681, these appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution and failure to comply with applicable rule.
