In a special proceeding pursuant to CPLR 3102 (subd [c]), applicants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered May 9, 1966, which denied their application. Order affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements to respondents jointly. On the record presented, Special Term properly exercised its discretion. Beldock, P.
