— Per Curiam: The demurrer was rightly overruled. The administrators having an order to sell the real estate for the payment of debts were the proper parties. We are of opinion that, upon the evidence, the learned Court were right in overruling the report of the master, and that the appellant has no just ground to complain of the decree.
Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the costs of the appellant.
