PER CURIAM.

The petition is granted and Robert J. Shilstone, Jr., is hereby afforded a belated appeal of his judgment and sentence entered by the Circuit Court for Gilchrist County in its case number 2000-CF-000012-A. The Public Defender recently filed a notice of appeal which will be assigned a new case number by this court for direct review of the judgment and sentence.
