Upon consideration we are of the opinion that the appellant failed to demonstrate a clear legal right to the performance of a clear legal duty so as to entitle him to relief by mandamus. 21 Fla.Jur., Mandamus, sec. 25. Accordingly, the final judgment is affirmed.
