PER CURIAM. After a review of the record and the arguments of the parties this court is of the view that the trial court was correct in ruling that the ordinance enacted by the appellant, City of Coral Springs, constituted an attempt to levy an unauthorized tax and was therefore invalid. Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
DOWNEY, C. J., and ANSTEAD, and LETTS, JJ., concur.
