PER CURIAM. Broward County appeals from a final judgment in a declaratory decree action. The County raises five separate points on appeal, but at the time of oral argument, abandoned Point I. We conclude that all other points raised are not yet appropriate for appellate review, because they relate to a request for a refund of certain taxes. The trial court has not yet ruled on the refund issue.
AFFIRMED.
MOORE, BERANEK and GLICKSTEIN, JJ., concur.
