    We reverse the final judgment of foreclosure imposing an equitable lien superior to the first mortgage holder’s lien upon the binding authority of Rinker Materials Corp. v. Palmer First National Bank & Trust Co. of Sarasota, 361 So.2d 156 (Fla.1978), and upon a holding that the record is devoid of any evidence which would estab*15lish broad misrepresentation or affirmative deception.

    Reversed.
