PER CURIAM. We reverse the summary judgment entered in favor of appellee because the record reflects the existence of genuine issues of material fact. Moore v. Morris, 475 So.2d 666, 668 (Fla.1985). Appellant’s third point on appeal is not ripe for review and therefore not addressed.
REVERSED and REMANDED.
GLICKSTEIN, C.J., and ANSTEAD and POLEN, JJ., concur.
