BARFIELD, J. Because appellant was represented by counsel when he filed his pro se motion, it was a nullity. See Thompson v. State, 615 So.2d 737, 741 (Fla. 1st DCA 1993); Beverly v. State, 516 So.2d 30 (Fla. 1st DCA 1987). See also, Jackson v. State, 767 So.2d 1156, 1160 (Fla.2000); Burke v. State, 732 So.2d 1194 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999). The trial court therefore properly dismissed the motion.
AFFIRMED.
