PER CURIAM.

We grant the petition for certiorari upon a finding that the final summary judgment entered on the crossclaim herein was prematurely granted. We quash the final summary judgment and remand with directions to adjudicate the merits of the complaint and counterclaim before deciding the crossclaims.
