Per Curiam: The case of Solliday v. Gruver, 7 Pa. 452, would seem to settle the point in controversy in this case. The annuity of the widow, by virtue of the previous decree of the court, was made a fixed charge upon the land during her life; hence, as the learned judge of the court below held, the sale under that decree ■could not divest that charge.
Appeal dismissed and decree affirmed, at the costs of the appellants.
