GLADNEY, Judge.

The judgment in this case was signed December 6, 1967 and on that date orders for a devolutive appeal were granted with the appeal bond fixed at $200. The bond was not filed until March 27, 1968, or 111 days after December 6, 1967. This delay was fatal under the provisions of LSA-C.C.P. Article 2087. Accordingly, as moved by appellees, the appeal is dismissed at appellant’s cost.
