Order unanimously modified by fixing the assessed valuations for each of the tax years 1941 — 42, 1942-43, 1943-44 and 1944_45 as follows: land, $475,000; building, $1,900,000; total, $2,375,000. As so modified the order is affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants. Settle order on notice. Present — Martin, P. J., Glennon, Dore, Cohn and Peck, JJ.
