In a State court, the privilege against self-incrimination protects a witness as to matters that tend to incriminate him in a Federal prosecution. In re Watson,
293 Mich. 263 . In the instant case, the answers to the question propounded would not tend so to incriminate petitioner.The writs, therefore, should be dismissed.
