Per Curiam: There is nothing apparent in this case to induce us to interfere with the discretionary power exercised by the court below. Indeed, after the agreement of September 4, 1886, between the parties for bail and stay of execution, and the subsequent payments made by the defendant, it would require a strong case to induce a court to interfere to open the judgment.
The decree of the court below is affirmed and the appeal dismissed, at costs of appellant.
