    The learned judge of Hie court below held that in looking at the will of William Eindlay hlann, as a whole, it did not appear that it was intended to charge the realty in such a manner as to exempt the personalty from payment of the debts of the testator, funeral expenses, and legacies. In this construction of that will we concur.

    Decree affirmed, at costs of appellant.
