In an action for an accounting and for other relief, the appeal is from an order granting summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Order reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and motion denied. In our opinion there are questions of fact that require a trial. Nolan, P. J., Beldoek, Murphy, Ughetta and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
