In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 7, 1976, which, inter alia, dismissed the complaint, after a nonjury trial. Judgment affirmed, with costs, on the opinion of Mr. Justice Wood at Trial Term. Martuscello, J. P., Margett, Suozzi and O’Connor, JJ., concur.
