DRUNK DRIVING:

A highway patrol officer had probable cause to arrest a driver for driving while under the influence of alcohol in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1) when the driver smelled of alcohol, was staggering, failed to remain at the rear of the vehicle despite repeated commands to do so, and was unresponsive to questioning.
