In two consolidated negligence actions to recover damages for wrongful death, the plaintiffs appeal from separate judgments of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered January 31, 1962 after a jury trial, in favor of the defendant, dismissing the complaints at the end of plaintiffs’ case.
