It seems to me that the principle contained in the doctrine announced in McKinlay v. Javan Mines Co., 42 Idaho 770,248 P. 473, holding a contract made in violation of the Blue Sky Law void is contrary to that announced herein and until that case is distinguished or overruled it remains the law. I therefore dissent.
