Skinner v. Porter , 45 Idaho 530 ( 1928 )

There is nothing in this case to justify a departure from the rule announced in In re Citizens' State Bank, 44 Idaho 33,255 Pac. 300, and followed in National Bank of the Republic v.Porter, 44 Idaho 514, 258 P. 544. On the authority of those decisions, I dissent.
