  • In a State court, the privilege against self-incrimination protects a witness as to matters that tend to incriminate him in a Federal prosecution. In re Watson, 293 Mich. 263. In the instant case, the answers to the question propounded would not tend so to incriminate petitioner.

    The writs, therefore, should be dismissed.
