The majority opinion extends the rule announced in the case of Roberson et al. v. Hurst, 80 Okla. 115, 190 P. 402, as applicable to a testamentary trustee. I am unwilling to acquiesce in that rule when the power to mortgage is not specifically conferred in the will.
