    Per Curiam.

    Nothing could be profitably added by way of argument to the able and conclusive opinion of Judge Allison in this case, and for the reasons so well set forth therein we affirm the decree of the Orphans’ Court made in the case, and dismiss the appeal at the costs of the appellant.
