    Upon the facts as found by the referee, we are of opinion that the judgment was properly entered for the defendants. The description in the levy was ambiguous, and was open, therefore, to be explained by parol evidence, which showed that the two tracts were separate and distinct tracts.

    Judgment affirmed.
