— Per Curiam:

There was no evidence to submit to the jury as to the agency of the husband for the wife. Gerhab knew it was the wife’s money, and Ruth’s declarations were not sufficient to bind her. The assignments of error to the charge are not sustained.

Judgment affirmed.
