Snyder v. Elliott , 2 Pennyp. 474 ( 1882 )

Menu:
  • — Per Curiam:

The law, as laid down by the Court in the charge, is indisputable. If Elliott took the note in suit in payment of Holt’s indebtedness in whole or *480part, he stood in the position of an innocent holder, and could not be affected by any equity between Snyder and ITolt. This was a question of fact, and was fairly submitted to the jury.

    Judgment affirmed.
